Andy knows first-hand how stressful and emotional the home buying process can be. His goal is to make is seamless and keep clients informed every step of the way. He prides himself on the superior customer service provided by the team.

His personal goal is to educate home buyers as they go through the process of buying a home or refinancing. He wants to make sure a home buyer is making an informed decision that will help them achieve their long-term financial goals. This considers everything from how much money you should be spending on a home to the type of loan selected. You’ll always find him with a smile on his face because he knows his clients end up in their dream home.

Andy is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist with CMPS designation.

Andy is also proud to participate in The American Dream TV show in Dallas.

Outside of the office, you’ll find Andy on the golf course and spending time with his wife, Beth, and their children, Grayson and Emerson.

Which city / suburb do you live in and why?

Richardson right now. Building a home in Austin Waters. live in Richardson now b/c it is closer to work and our son’s school and we love all the growth it is seeing.

What’s your favorite thing about helping someone buy a home (why you like being in this business / working here)?

One of my favorite things is that all careers are tough but I know that know matter how tough my job gets, at the end of the day I’m helping someone w/ one of the biggest decisions they make in their life. You don’t get to make this kind of impact in most industries. It’s a big blessing.

What should a client working with you know about you?

I love what I do. My dad was a missionary most of my young adult life, my mom has been a realtor for 25 years. I got my heart to serve from my dad and I got in this business to solve a problem my mom was having with lenders. I’m one of 2k certified mortgage planners out of 150k LO’s so I give my clients a unique perspective that puts more money in their pockets and more peace in their hearts.

What’s the biggest piece of advice you’d give to your “younger” self?:

Stick to the PLAN, stay humble and stay hungry.

What’s your special talent (that you want others to know about!)?

I  can do a pretty excellent Irish accent.

What’s your guilty pleasure in life?

I love getting off early and seeing a movie by myself.
